Is this me?

 1. I created a new canvas sized 16 x 20 inches with 300 dpi. and I used the Move tool to place my sketch on the canvas

 2. Resize sketch to fit canvas

3. A new layer is created. The layer is painted with a oil medium large tip brush in wet media

 

4. Once that is completed, a new layer is created for painting of a different colour

From numbers 5-16, the same method is repeated until the painting looks satisfactory

17. The layers are selected and regrouped (Ctrl + G). Right click on a group then group properties will appear and I rename the group

18. Next, I merge all visible layers into a new layer

19. Then I clicked "filter" > "distort" > "wave"

20. Number of generations: 5; Type: Sine; Wavelength: 10, 300; Amplitudes: 5, 10; Scale: 100, 100; Undefined areas: repeat edge pixels

21. Then I clicked "filter" > "artistic" > "poster edge"

22. edge thickness: 8, edge intensity: 1, posterization: 2
